All-on-4

The All-on-4 treatment concept is a minimally invasive and effective solution for full-arch tooth loss, utilizing the placement of multiple dental implants in a single appointment, followed by the attachment of a dental bridge.

Benefits of the All-on-4 treatment:

  • Improved quality of life

The All-on-4 system offers the benefit of being able to place the implants and fabricate a fixed prosthesis in a single appointment.

By using this approach, we can quickly and effectively restore self-confidence and enhance the quality of life for individuals who have lost their teeth due to various reasons. With the All-on-4 treatment concept, we help our patients to improve their speech and chewing abilities while also preventing further jawbone loss.

  • Reduced treatment duration

The use of simplified computer-controlled surgical procedures significantly reduces the duration of the procedure, and the immediate fabrication of a temporary device shortens the time until a fixed dental bridge can be placed.

  • Lower therapy costs

The All-on-4 treatment approach is the most cost-effective solution for the full-arch rehabilitation of edentulous patients with fixed prosthetic products.

All-on-4 placement procedure

The All-on-4 technique involves the placement of four dental implants into the jawbone, with two being positioned in the front section and two in the posterior region near the cheekbones. This implant placement method minimizes the need for more invasive procedures.

During the initial consultation, we will assess if the All-on-4 treatment approach is appropriate for you. If the All-on-4 treatment is not deemed suitable, we will recommend alternative solutions that are better suited for your needs.

In cases where the quality of the jawbone is inadequate, a temporary removable prosthesis may be provided as a preliminary solution.

After a period of four to six months, the temporary dental bridge will be replaced with a permanent one, which is securely attached to the dental implants.

The benefit of having the bridge screwed onto the implants is that it can be easily removed for regular implant inspections or any necessary bridge repairs and cleaning. This approach helps to extend the lifespan of both the implants and other prosthetic products, as well as reducing the costs associated with replacements.
